Nate McClain (American, 1973 - 1997) The Pirates, 1989 Oil Pastel Courtesy of Bill The Pirates is an artistic interpretation of a 1987 Miller Lite beer ad featuring Joe Piscopo as a wrestling character "Python" Piscopo. This was for a High School project so Nate removed the Beer labels from the bottles and named this painting The Pirates. I thought it was water colors and oil pastel pencils. the name was "the pirates" as well
